I was told by an employee that the desserts are made 15 -20 minutes after the order is placed but that made no sense because my daughter ordered a milkshake too and hers came out within about 5 minutes of placing the order and the people next to us ordered after us and she got her sundae shortly after my daughter got my milkshake so their timer system isn't working and the last time I checked a milkshake is a drink.very disappointed, my last visit before this one which was around 6 months ago was a bad experience also but I wanted to give th. So I got terrible service and took 40 minutes to get a Strawberry milkshake and the pretzel bites tasted old and stale. I'm a firm believer in a tip being earned and not automatically expecting one. Just beware, the automatically add gratuity on the bills if you don't pay with cash. I called and spoke to the manager about my experience and he could of cared less. My daughter and I went on a Friday evening on and saw a 9:30pm showing. So if your looking to watch a great movie with a great dining experience.

And who in the south doesn't offer sweetened tea! Really!Personal space was cramped, small table and the chairs wouldn't even recline. We couldn't omit or substitute and we couldn't order just plain nachos. We came to an early show and you were out of wings. Your menu doesn't accommodate food for teens. Intro music was so loud I couldn't hear my party or the waitress. This was my first visit here as a guest and will not return. This may be the only way you stay in business. The customer should ALWAYS have the option to tip the server based on their service. No matter what they say about giving you the customer the best billing service.

If your dinner costs more than the price of the movie, then you should get exceptional service! Especially if the amount of gratuity you automatically charged is 18%. I think the best thing from my visit was only the movie itself.
